This September, we’re heading down the Great Ocean Road — without leaving Balwyn North.
Join us for an intimate Saturday evening discovering Timboon, one of Victoria’s distinctive independent distilleries, through three premium single malts, a smooth Coffee Cream Liqueur, paired grazing and the stories behind the place and the whisky.
The evening will be hosted by Timboon Brand Ambassador Charlie Johnson, who grew up right here in Balwyn North and is returning to the neighbourhood to share the Timboon story.
This isn’t simply a line-up of four drinks.
It’s a chance to discover one small Victorian town through four very different expressions — from rich and generous, to smoky and powerful, finishing with something smooth and indulgent.

We’re keeping this event intentionally intimate, with only 20 places available.
That means plenty of time to taste, compare, ask Charlie questions, enjoy the grazing and actually talk about what’s in your glass.
Seating is arranged across our shared tasting table and a separate high table with 6 seats.
